Mission: University Oral & Facial
Surgery, P.C. provides comprehensive diagnosis, surgery,
and adjunctive treatment for diseases and deformities involving
the mouth, teeth, jaws, and facial structures. The care in our
facility extends to the total health of our patients. Our commitment
to the delivery of quality patient services is measured through
ongoing comprehensive quality improvement programs.
History:
In late 1997, Dr. Ronald McIlwain and
Dr. Terry Carlson merged their oral and
maxillofacial surgery practice with that of Dr.
James Link, forming University
Oral & Facial Surgery, P.C. The new practice
began operation in January 1998 with a newly constructed 12,000
square foot building. The building has excellent access to all
sections of Tuscaloosa due to its direct connection to three
major transportation arteries: McFarland Boulevard which runs
north/south, University Boulevard which runs east/west, and
Campus Drive which leads straight to the University of Alabama.
Easy access to Interstate 59 and state
highway systems provides convenience to patients from surrounding
communities.
